Workshops & Community Projects
My workshops are relaxed, creative spaces where people can slow down, connect, and explore self-expression through soft pastels. There’s no right or wrong — just the joy of creating, learning simple techniques, and discovering what unfolds on the page.
Community Partnerships
I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations like Women’s Collective Ireland Irish Country Women's Association and Grow Mental Health, delivering creative programmes that support wellbeing, build confidence, and bring people together.

Four Seasons Soft Pastel Programme – Women’s Collective Ireland
📍 Wexford & New Ross | 📆 September – October 2025
Over four creative weeks, participants explored the beauty and rhythm of the natural world through soft pastels, creating a new piece each week inspired by spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
My intention with this series was to help people slow down, notice nature more deeply, and recognise how we too move through changing seasons in our own lives. Through colour, texture, and reflection, the group explored how nature’s cycles mirror our own growth and transformation.

Nature-Inspired Soft Pastel Workshops – July 2025
In July, I ran a series of independent soft pastel workshops celebrating the beauty of the natural world. Each session invited participants to slow down and connect with nature’s rhythms while exploring colour, light, and atmosphere through their art.
We focused on capturing powerful natural moments — from glowing sunrises and golden sunsets to the luminous glow of a full moon — learning how to blend soft pastels to create depth, mood, and movement.
These workshops were all about creativity, connection, and seeing the everyday beauty around us with fresh eyes.

I am truly grateful to have been able to run workshops for Women's Collective Ireland Wexford. WCI Wexford is a local community development project, that, through partnership and solidarity with other groups, is committed to raising awareness of the barriers facing people experiencing educational, social, and cultural disadvantage. Thank you Lee and Dagmar for the amazing opportunity 🫶

At the beginning of April I had the pleasure of being part of the fantastic work that Grow Mental Health Ireland do. They ran a wonderful retreat weekend in Ballyvaloo, where members took part in many different workshops. It was an honour to be able to bring my own life experience of how mental health can impact us and how making art has been a huge part of my healing journey. The picture above is what we all painted that day as we overlooked the beautiful beach. What an amazing workshop with some very beautiful artworks created! Below is a link to their website if you or anyone you know is struggling and in need of help. Once again thank you Grow for having me.

In May and September 2024, I had the amazing opportunity to be part of this incredible organisation that helps so many people across Ireland. Grow is a charity that supports those struggling with their mental health. They provide free Mental Health Support from a community of people drawn together by their first-hand experiences of overcoming mental health challenges. It was both an honour and a privilege to be part of someone's healing journey and to be able to share my own. I met some truly inspiring people both management and members. Thank you Grow.
If you are struggling or know someone who is, Grow can help. Below is a link to their newsletter with information on their regional weekend that I am grateful to have been part of, there is also information on what services they provide and how to get in touch.
